Sessions are offered in your home, backyard, or favorite location such as a park, lake, or beach. With weather sometimes unpredictable it is nice to have a back up plan to shoot indoors. My studio lighting and backdrops are completely portable and will set-up in almost any room in your home. Simple, timeless clothing in solid colors really photograph best. Denim or khakis with solid white shirts work well. Clothing with any type of pattern or logo should be avoided. Solid colors in black, whites, neutrals or pastels all work well. Jewelry should be minimal and please avoid wearing watches. The sessions can last from 1-2 hours. This allows the flexibility to change wardrobe if desired. We offer a very relaxed environment that helps to create a natural, timeless and artistic feeling to all of our portraits. Black and White and Sepia-toned images are our preference, yet color and light can also create a beautiful look. Online proofs of your session will be available for you to view within 2 weeks of your session. The images will remain in a password protected area for 30 days. All prints are made on beautiful matte archival paper. Our pricing includes your portrait session, a password protected online viewing area, and minor retouching. Please email for specific pricing information. At the time of your booking, half of your session fee is due. The remainder is due at the start of your session. The session fee is non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session with a 48-hour cancellation notice. We understand that everyone gets sick on occasion. If you are feeling under the weather, please call to reschedule. Images created from your session may be placed in a portfolio, website gallery or other promotional pieces to give examples of our work for potential customers.
